Painting of Phase II will begin the week of May 5th. They will start with carpentry work. You will be notified on when they will be in your area to paint your front door.

A copy of the insurance certificate has been posted. If you need a copy you can fax your request to 303-831-5295.

Asphalt seal coating will begin May 20th. Notices have been sent on when your specific alley will be done. They hope to be done by the 23rd weather permiting.
